We gently roast in small batches in our in-house roaster - DAILY. It's the only way to guarantee freshness. We use freshness valve in our packaging so the beans will be as fresh as if they are roasted straight into your cup. What can be better than that?

It takes time. It takes patience. What can I say? It takes love. Why else would anyone do it this way?
